Making a Purchase

Hi! Thank you for appreciating and choosing my creation as a gift for yourself or someone special!
To make a purchase, please send an email to treats_and_favours@yahoo.com.sg
Make sure that your email includes:
1. Your name
2. Contact Number
3. Mailing Address
4. Preferred mode of delivery by post (Standard or Registered)
5. Preferred mode of payment
(Please note that payment can be made via POSB or OCBC Bank Transfer at respective atms or by internet banking for local buyers)
(Payment through paypal is also available for local and overseas customers.)
6. Names of the items you are interested in purchasing

Please ensure that payment is made latest 3 days after order confirmation.
Please take note that should the payment not be received within the period stated, the order will deemed void.

Please note that all postage and handling fees will be borne by the buyer.
For local deliveries; the rates for most accessories are as follows:
- SGD$0.50 for each item purchased
- Additional postage fees of SGD$2.25 for registered mail
(Please note that registered mail is highly recommended, however, should the buyer not request for it,
Treats & Favours will not be held responsible for items lost through regular mail.)
These rates does not apply for items from The Clay House, postage and handling rates will be advised before order confirmation.

Overseas shipping rates to be advised.
